I will have the rights to decline the commission offer if I cannot meet the commissioner’s deadline, subject matter, complexity of the artwork or in case of any emergency.

I will reserved the rights to interpret and modify the subject/design as my artworks style varies.

All Artworks will take approximately 2 weeks to at least 3 months duration to complete depending on complexity of design / my schedule.

I reserve the rights to use the commission artworks for promotional purposes. Unless the commissioner requests it to be private, this can be discussed.

All final work will be in JPEG/PNG format, A4/A3 size. Digital copy only.

All commissioned works are strictly not permitted for monetization/NFT/AI and are only for personal usage only.

Any business/big project enquiry can be further discussed and negotiate.

First come, first serve basis.

Half-payment upfront. Payment is to be made via Ko-fi, Wise or Swipe. (USD Only)

Additional fee varies depending on the complexity of design, additional complexity of objects or addition of small animals/creatures.

There will be additional charges for tighter deadline.

An Invoice will be provided when the commissioned request has been agreed upon.

I will only start working on the artwork once payment has been made.

Your order will be forfeited if the payment is not sent within one week upon receiving the invoice.

Commission will not be refunded/cancel after 35% of sketch progress has been made.
